GreenBoost SEO — Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to GreenBoost SEO, operated by GreenBoost SEO (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service describe the agreement between GreenBoost SEO and you (“the Client”) regarding the Local SEO, Google Maps, and AI Visibility services we provide.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Our Services

GreenBoost SEO provides Local SEO and online visibility services specifically tailored to trade and home service businesses. Depending on your selected plan (Foundation, Professional, or Growth), services may include some or all of the following:

  • Google Maps Optimisation – Setup, enhancement, and management of your Google Business Profile (GBP), including weekly posts, images, and category refinement to improve rankings.
  • Organic SEO – On-page optimisation for service and location pages, keyword targeting, internal linking, and technical SEO improvements to enhance your site’s visibility in search results.
  • Content Marketing – Creation and publication of optimised blog posts or service area pages designed to improve authority and attract relevant local traffic.
  • Authority Building – Acquisition of relevant backlinks (e.g., DR30+) to strengthen your domain’s authority and credibility.
  • AI Search Optimisation – Enhancing visibility across AI-driven search platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing Copilot, and Perplexity.
  • Review and Reputation Support – Encouraging and guiding review generation for improved trust signals and rankings.
  • Competitor Tracking & Monthly Reporting – Monitoring local competitors and SEO performance to inform ongoing improvements.

GreenBoost SEO does not provide website design, hosting, or paid ad management services.


3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver effective results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, account access (e.g., Google Business Profile logins), and feedback when required.
  • Notify us promptly of any significant updates (e.g., business address, service area, contact number).
  • Follow up with leads generated via your website, phone, or Google listing.
  • Avoid making major website changes (e.g., removing service pages, altering URLs) without prior consultation, as this may affect SEO performance.


4. Payment Terms

  • Subscription Fees: You agree to a recurring monthly fee based on your selected plan (Foundation £600, Professional £1,200, or Growth £1,700 per month).
  • Billing & Payment: Payment is collected automatically each month via Stripe, in GBP (£), on your subscription date.
  • No Contracts: All subscriptions operate on a rolling 30-day basis. You stay because you see results — not because of long-term lock-ins.
  • Setup Fees: If applicable, any one-time onboarding or setup fee will be clearly outlined before work begins.
  • Late Payments: If a payment fails or is delayed by more than 7 days, a 12.5% late fee may apply. Accounts more than 60 days overdue may be paused or handed over to a collection agency.


5. Cancellations and Termination

  • You may cancel your plan anytime by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to info@greenboostseo.com.
  • Your services will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will occur.
  • If you fail to pay or repeatedly breach these terms, GreenBoost SEO reserves the right to pause or terminate services immediately without refund.
  • Upon termination, outstanding balances remain payable in full.


6. Refund Policy

In line with UK consumer law and Stripe guidelines:

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable once charged, as resources and time are allocated in advance.
  • If you cancel before your next billing date, no future payments will be collected.
  • Setup fees are refundable only if agreed deliverables (e.g., initial GBP optimisation) are not completed within 30 days, provided you have supplied all necessary information.
  • Payment disputes must be raised within 14 days of the transaction via info@greenboostseo.com.


7. Results and Guarantees

Search engine optimisation is influenced by factors beyond our control, including Google algorithms, competitor activity, and content quality.

  • GreenBoost SEO does not guarantee specific positions, rankings, or traffic volumes.
  • However, all work is carried out following best practices designed to improve your online visibility, traffic, and lead generation over time.


8. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

  • You confirm that any materials provided to us (text, photos, videos, or logos) are legally owned or licensed for use.
  • GreenBoost SEO retains ownership of all proprietary methods, reports, and templates created during service delivery.
  • Once full payment is received, you have a licence to use content (such as written blogs or optimised copy) created for your business.
  • We may display anonymised project examples or results in our marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.


9. Conduct and Communication

We aim to maintain a professional and respectful partnership at all times.

  • Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards our team will result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Support requests can be made via email at info@greenboostseo.com during business hours (Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:00pm, Friday 9:00am–4:00pm UK time).


10. Privacy and Data

  • Your personal information is used only to deliver and manage your SEO plan.
  • We may share essential data with trusted providers (e.g., Stripe, reporting software) but never sell or disclose it to unrelated third parties.
  • You are responsible for securing any shared account access credentials.


11. Legal

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in English courts.
  • If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remainder will still apply.
  • GreenBoost SEO reserves the right to update these Terms periodically, with the most current version posted on our website.


By signing up for or continuing a GreenBoost SEO plan, you agree to these Terms of Service.
